Last night, we declared our victory in the Republican Primary Election for Collier County Commission, District 2. This win is a tribute to each and every one of you and your tireless efforts.
There are way too many people to thank personally, but you know who you are:
To my family, friends and supporters, thank you for the process and our success;
To everyone who endured the endless stream of mail, e-mail, knocks on doors, and more;
To every group that organized a forum or a candidate interview; you made sure we stuck to the issues, talked about the things that mattered. You ensured that our community had the opportunity to learn about those who seek to serve.
To everyone who voted in this election …thank you for taking time out of your busy lives to be a vital part of our democracy.
I am so grateful to all of you who made our victory a reality. I look forward to another victory in November with your support and help, and then on to serving your best interests beyond that.
